[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — loan settled - letter given bank not updated

I had taken a loan and settled the same in Jun2010. I even received a receipt and settlement letter for the amount paid. After a year when I applied for a car loan, it was rejected as my CIBIL showed my loan still showed as outstanding. When I contacted the bank they confirmed that the Executive who took the money from me had defaulted but my money was given to the bank but no settlement was done... After a few months of following up they assured me they would have it sorted out and clear my CIBIL record as well. Its been 3.5 years and I am still getting calls from collection agents every month for payment. I would like to take it up with Consumer complaints to resolve this for me at the earliest.
