My Account number is[protected]KAMLESHKUMAR B CHAUHAN), which was a Salary A/C. There was zero balance in account from 17/08/2015 to 30/11/2015. They have debited my account with SMAB Chgs DEC15+Stax65.25 on 27, Jan 2016, without any intimation. Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund process. Request to look into this matter and take necessary action. Why did they charge only for December and not for November and October?
