ICICI Bank Ltd — Regarding reversal of credit card payment after 7 days | |||||
I have made payment rs. 41065/- of sbi credit card through icici bank account on 20/04/2016. The amount was debited on the same day but not credited to sbi credit card account. The transaction id is [protected]. I have raised query on 25/04/2016 regarding the same. Icici bank has simply closed the request with comment"the amount will be reversed to your a/c if not credited". The amount has been reversed to my icici a/c on 27/04/2016. Icici bank took 7 days and by the time, the due date of sbi credit card was overdue by 5 days. I have asked icici customer care - reason for not making payment. The person i spoke was sadhna. She simply said that, there was technical issue with visa gateway hence the transaction has not done. I have asked her about who will pay the interest charges, then she arrogantly said, you have to pay the charges. Why should i pay the charges, if icici bank has not made the transaction? Horrible response from the customer care when i had query to reversal of amount and even call was hanged twice when i wanted the details. Really such careless support from the bank. Hardly fail to understand our concern.
