[Resolved] ICICI Bank — misbehave & delay in services | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Today i visited at your west patel nagar branch for status of my mother pan card updating in her account which is pending since approx 5 days. No updating given by any one to me. One employee (I think his name is mr. Arnav) says today in front of branch manager that after 5 years you found that pan card not updated and why are you came now. When i suggest that don't speak like that than he says "jaha complaint karni hai kar lo" and same in font of branch manager along with all branch employees. Now my pan updated within 10 minutes after this incident but this is not the services that still customer silent you don't work and customer shouting than work.
