[Resolved] ICICI Bank — misbehavior and harassment by your agent | |||
Dear sir, your agent, has misbehaved with us, including our family members, in spite of we being polite and giving the necessary information. When we asked about his id card, He refused to show the same, And started yelling at us, in-front of women family members. As per rbi/sc and all the judgments w. R. T recover agents and recovery, It is prohibited and punishable under law, the following : - misbehaviour - not showing the id card - yelling at family members - misbehaving with women members of the family - using ugly words, and Your worst behavior, attitude etc displayed today in my house, - rowdyism - goondaism - chest thumping like a gorilla - using vulgar language in my house and in-front of my family members - abusing family members - loud talking inside my house, without permission - yelling at family members - yelling at my daughter - intruding into my house without permission - and many more banned acts of yours and your fellows, Many many judgments of sc, rbi rules and banking code of conduct, Strictly prohibit intimidation and threatening acts by banking employees and agents. Many many times these kind of acts have been committed by people like you from icici bank . I found it is not new to icici , going by the info available in the public domain. All your actions have been brought disrespect to me and my family members And also resulted in heavy loss to my reputation and image. Your acts have resulted in my family members aghast with Your acts and yelling. In short, i can certainly say that, you and your fellows, created, War like situation in my house. All my neighbors and passers-by have witnessed and evidenced the same. In my view, you are unfit to be a banking employee, going by the sheer Violence and ruckus of sort you created in my house. Actions like this by a bank employee have brought disrepute to the nation as a whole, Banking sector specifically and in particular to icici . These kind of acts by a bank employee, reinforces the public mood and sentiment against the banking system, which is in recent news i hereby request to resist these kind of strong arm tactics by your agents, Which is against law.
