[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Mismatch of day end settlement ACTUAL vs SETTLEMENT AMOUNT (MID NO: [protected] ) | |||
Dear Sir, We have POS machine in our RETAIL shop installed by ICICI bank. On 24th Nov, 2016 that we have done business of worth INR 45, 900/=(5 transactions thru swipes). At the end of the day the settlement was successful. But we regret to bring your kind notice that the very next day the amount credited by our banker is only INR 22, 699.61 instead of 45.900/=. So now hereby i request why they have credited the by 23, 200.39 rupees short. Please clerify on the subject. And ask the concerned officials regarding that days SETTLEMENT.
