[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — money deducted but no recharge done

On 09/01/2018 at 13.43 i had recharged my number [protected] with 459 plan and paid 349 through upi (Upi txn id:[protected] after jio discount and voucher applied. My money was deducted from my oriental bank of commerce account but i did not get any recharge nor my myjio app is showing any recharge history of such. Later on that same day at 17.14 i recharged once again using debit card of other bank. Please look into this matter and refund the money. My contact number: [protected]
