[Resolved] ICICI Bank — money deducted from icici atm | |||||
Hi, My name is vivek dwivedi and i am a customer of icici bank from so long. My account number is[protected] and my home branch is 254, okhla phase-3, new delhi. The concern is i went to withdraw the money yesterday from icici bank atm and i made the transaction of rs5500 and everything was done but the money did not come out from the machine so i waited there for 10mins and then i made the second transaction of rs5500 from the other machine in the same atm then i got the money but i didn't receive the reversal message of the earlier transaction. Both the atm machines had no receipt so therefore i didn't get the receipt. Before my transaction in the first atm machine where i didn't get the money the girl also made the transaction but she also did not get the money and she also waited for so long but before the girl some of the customers got the money from the same atm. My complaint is when the machine does not work properly then why the guard do not paste the notice on the atm that it is not working temporary and also the receipt is not in the machine. I am very disappointed with this type of services of icici bank and if i do not get the refund of rs5500 then i will post this information in social media and go to consumer court.
