[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Money Got Debited but Don't Credited Back | |||
I purchased something from Amazon having ORDER #[protected], for which i paid Rs :968.0 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS Dec, 16, 2016 at 13:35 hours . But due to payment failure the order has been cancelled. Generally for failed transaction the money is refunded back within 2 to 4 days. I already contacted with seller and confirmed that the payment was failure. Its been already 10 days and i dint get my money refunded from bank. please look into the matter and resolve.
