[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — multiple and wrong ecs charges deduction

Hi,
I had a personal loan in axis bank for which emi was deducting from icici bank account in june2017 to dec2017 there was around 10-12 thousand amount has been deducted from my icici bank account in name of the ecs charges.
Which i also deposited into axis bank also when i closed the loan.
But when i talked to icici bank executive they told sir it can be deducted any number of times, but as per rbi rules they cannot cut any charges even single time. The end customer has to deposit that amount to the bank where the loan is running as before june 2017 also one time emi was bounce in that case icici never cut the money only axis people called and told me to deposit the delay charges by neft which i has been done through neft.

For this i compliant to icici bank but each time they tell and forget that sir we looking into your issue and its been now more than 1.5 years but still my issue not resolved.

Is in india private bank can cut any amount from a customer account and don't even repay him back means our account even not secure in the private bank?
If i didn't replace my salary account from that bank account then they could cut 1lkah or more

I'm looking for filing a PIL against them if consumer court also not able to help here, as I raised complaint multiple times in ICICI bank but no reply and even cut my calls also. and I raised a complaint in banking ombudsmen from their also no reply.
let see if this consumer forum can help or I have to go offline mode into court

I did email around 20 times but no resolution in the last 1.5 years, I'm waiting max 31st may if the issue will not be resolved in June I'm going to file a court case and PIL too.
Is this online forum is not useful?
why there is no consumer case against ICICI bank. do I need to go offline and have to file consumer case against ICICI bank?
