ICICI Bank — my account debited with rs 2lac using imps service but not credited in beneficiary account | |||
Hi sir, I have transferred rs. 2 lac on 28th dec 2017 from my india icici bank saving account using imps service to axis bank. This axis bank account is held on my brother name. This is not the first time i did transfer money into this account already we transfer each other. When i notice that amount is not reached next couple of day than i called to bank and they answered, please check money in beneficiary account. Icici bank has sent the money through imps service. When the amount is not reached into my brother account i raised the complaint through icici bank complaint portal and also sent brother account statement so they can double check and this complaint also closed on 11th jan 2018 with same statement that check beneficiary account. I'm afraid that 2 lac amount is too much for me and icici bank is responsible to trace where is my money while not reached into beneficiary account.
