ICICI Bank — My account has been Freeze without my knowledge | |
My Account has been freeze without my knowledge. when I wrote the mail to customer care. they mail be back about the reason KYC PENDING OTP ACCT. I am out of india for 1 year and not able to visit the branch. I mailed them about this situation and didn't received any response from them. I opened the account in Jan or Feb this year.
