Hi team I made a money transfer to my indian icici bank account. Due neft name mismatch my account is marked as lien. It's a legitimate payment made by me. However i'm in uk currently and can't visit branch. I tried to reach via email but not getting proper response. Could you please help me with procedure to remove the lien on my amount.
