ICICI Bank — my upi transaction showing success but beneficiary did not get the amount

Hi,

I have done a transaction on 1st of dec 2019, of 7421 rupees to nest away,
My amount got deducted and bank is saying money received by nestaway but nestaway provided me docs that they did not receive the amount.

I don't know then where my money went. I want to raise it as dispute and want a chargeback and attaching the additional documents for bank purpose so that my money can be return back to me safely.

2 days has passed already and I want to raise a chargeback request not not getting proper update from icici
