I availed a car loan from ICICI Bank to purchase a two wheeler The loan repayment was completed in 2010 but I am yet to receive any NOC or clearance certificate. I need the certificate urgently as I have to sell my Bike before I move out of station. Only upon receiving the NOC would I be able to get a new RC and only after that would I be able to sell my Bike.
