[Resolved] ICICI Bank — nmmab charges without informing | |||||
I have been charged rs 3580 on maintaining the minimum balance. Neither the bank executive nor any customer support has called to acknowledge. Neither bank branch has provided me any net banking, debit card and phone banking so how can i transfer my money. Sector 11, rohini branch always say me to my close my current account as i am not eligible to operate the bank account, also, they are not providing any support services. They are continuously deducting my all money from my current account without informing how much amount is been to deduct more, when i opened my current account they told us that 6 month minimum balance is not required but they are continuously deducting my money from my account and the bank manager of plot no-6, garg trade centre, sector 11, rohini, delhi, 110085 say to close my current account as they have not any answer to reply my questions, always he say he is in a meeting or somewhere else, i am going to police station to complaint against bank and bank manager for misbehave with me.
