[Resolved] ICICI Bank — no full reversal of amount | |||
Went to an AU small finance bank sector 16 Faridabad on[protected] around 5:20PM Used my ICICI bank debit card to withdraw ₹9000/- I received a message from bank about my amount deduction, but, couldn’t get my amount through the machine. Receiving a slip of FULL REVERSAL. That which could happen within 5-10 mins. Tried calling customer care a couple of times and could connect around 6:15 PM. NOW, ICICI bank customer care asked for 7 working days. How it justifies the same. I wanted that money for my expenses and I’m stuck without my money as there’s no instant action against the same. Hi I am Divya I have been charged Rs.314.57 on 17/12/18 as DP charges.
Details: [protected] DP CHGS TILL OCT-18.
As I have not registered for any Demat account or activated it. I even did not receive any message from bank on this subject.
Do the needful and cash back should be done As Soon As Possible.

ICICI bank has debited 472 as ECS RTN Charges. But all my EMI deductions happened on time. And there is no reponse from ICICI bank on this.
it will be good if they explain why they have deducted the money.
