[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Non receipt of debit card ATM PIN | |||
Dear Customer service agent, Recently I lost my debit card, so I had it blocked and received a new card. The dispatch details of debit card and ATM PIN number were sent to me on separate messages 1) Received a message on the registered mobile number saying the debit card was dispatched on the16th march 2015 through blue dart courier services 2) Received another message on the same mobile number saying the ATM PIN of the debit card was dispatched on the 17th of march 2015 through metro express courier services 3) I received the debit card on the 18th of march 2015 and the message saying that I have received the document and signed by xxxxxx 4) I did not receive the ATM PIN of the debit card so far, yet I got a message saying that you have received it the ATM PIN on 25th march 2015 but nothing about the signature of the recipient Kindly track the missing document the AWB is 2339829; service: Metro Express; Dispatched by ICICI bank on the 17th of march 2015 Was this information helpful? | |||
