Dear Sir Reference is made to my online payment made to BWSSB for Rs340/ on 15/04/2017 Subsequent to provision of payment made through Canara bank debit card No [protected] and entering OTP the message says transaction successful with receipt No [protected] and other entries not properly filled up The amount of Rs 340 has been Debited from Canara bank but no remittance is made to BWSSB even after 5 days and I had to make alternate payment I request you to refund the money to my Canara bank SB Account and intimate to [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest You may contact me on email or mobile [protected].
