[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not able to close my personal loan with zero prepayment charge and very rude behavior of bank staff | |||
Hi, I went to the bellandur branch to close my personal loan as per the loan legal agreement which they have given while taking the loan it says zero prepayment charges but the bank manager and bank staff are saying that they don't agree to any loan agreement copy. They are behaving very rudely to me first they called me up today to come to bank for the loan closure and when I went to bank they told me it cannot be done and they don't want to talk to me so they disconnected the call without informing me that this can't be done even though they had called me from their end. How can you not agree to the loan agreement when this is the legal document which both customer and bank should abide by!!! When someone doesn't payup his emi then you will confisicate his property saying that it's mentioned in the loan agreement the bank deputy manager is telling me to cut the crap!!! Is this how you behave with your customer?? I want to close the loan without any prepayment charge and also want a written apology from the bellandur branch bank manager for insulting the customer and harassing me for two days for this.
