[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not delivery of fastag | |||
I have bought icici fastag online on 6th of december and got confirmation messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag user id is 11918141 and having account no 22272468. Till date i didn't receive the fastag for my vehicle despite various call try to connect on your customer care no which is provided in the mobile app. I have no information till date about my tag and its being 8 days now, but there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id? This kind of service is not expected at all from bank like this where customer is running pillar to post for one fastag even after charging higher fee for the tag of rs.499/- Please to the needful at earliest otherwise i am forced to move to the appropriate court against the service of yours Vivek ojha Advocate Delhi high court [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
