ICICI Bank — Not opening bank account, providing vague information for not opening the same | |||
I went to ICICI morar cantt branchIFSC ICICI 0001439 for opening the zero balance account. One of my friend employed in icici recommended surrogate account but the branch manager MR Rahul Trivedi told he is not aware of the account as he never opened the same but point I would like to bring is does policies of icici varies branch to branch, doesn't it has a overall central controlling authority. How can it be opened in one of the branch of icici whereas the Gwalior morar branch is saying they r not aware. I clearly told them I m defence personnel posted in Kolkata and I have to whom so ever concern as it is widely acceptable in all the banks for opening any account or whatever official purposes related to defence personnel. Being transferable job they can't provide e bill or anything that sort of. Despite giving Aadhar card, BM didnt opened the account. Is this leading bank like icici treat the defence personnel.
