[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Offer provogue watch | |||||
DEAR ICICI TEAM, I am your existing Customer, I received an offer link by ICIC mail of Provogue watch. By trusting on ICICI bank I ordered the Provogue Watch and paid the total money by ICICI online banking. Ordered was placed on 28 Aug 2015, till date consignment not received. but on Provouge site order status shown is completed. after register the complaint Today I received call from Provouge through the no. [protected] and they told they are not processing the order and refunding the money. for that they are asking me to furnish my credit/debit card details. So requesting to stop the advertising of Provouge and take legal action against them. you are also equally responsible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
