[Resolved] ICICI Bank — one assist activation without notice | |
My credit card was debited by rs. 1399 under the activation of oneassist which i neither requested nor i want it. When contacted, they are not ready to deactivate it upon requesting thrice through emails. Also the service requests i raise, they close it on the same day without any comments. This is the last chance i'm giving you; if not cancelled i'll move to consumer court. All the details are linked to following name, number and mail.
