[Resolved] ICICI Bank — one assist plan is activated without my permission

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible

An amount of rs.1899 has been deducted from my icici saving bank account on 08/08/2018 regarding one assist plan. I do not want to take a plan here. Please cancel this plan and refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I have linked my LIC payment in ECS mode with ICICI account (0529 xxxx xxxx). Due to insufficient funds in my account, ECS has returned and now I am seeing Rs.413 debited from my account.
Why ICICI is debiting this amount from my account? and how i can retrive this money? Please guide
