While online payment toward kv fee to union bank of india. an amount of rs. 1800/- deducted from my a/c no.[protected]jodhpur) at icici bank on 04 jul 16 but transaction was failed due to network problem and amount is not credited to union bank of india while amount of rs. 1800/- is deducted from my account. pls help me to revert back that amount to my a/c. I have applied for normal debit card but bank has sent coral card. I wnt to Icici bank Shalimar Garden, but they refuse to help me out
