ICICI Bank — Online payment money is not refunded | |||
I have made online payment for personal loan (Tata capital) from my icici savings account. I got error message during the transaction and money deducted from account but its not reflected in tata captial acc. I have raised complaint with icici but no response so far. Date of incident-11-jan-2017. Money deducted - 11842. Transaction reference number[protected]. I would like to have refund of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

@ TATA Capital, I have been following your team also for almost 1 month as of now... Your Team also not responding properly.. They keep on asking the question, "Please share the account and transaction details". but i have shared with them many times with screen shot as well.
