[Resolved] ICICI Bank — OTP Feature for international users | |||||
There have been like really lot of complaints here about ICICI OTP feature for international users but seriously, they're not even bothered to help. I am in USA currently and stuck with a stupid transaction problem because of ICICI's useless restrictions under the name of security. Last 15 days I have been struggling with trying to get them to change my contact number to my international contact number as my registered India number is no more active, which is a common sense that going to happen with any international user. Finally, I managed to send my HANDWRITTEN request to change mobile number to international number as per guided by the ICICI officials after 15 days of calls and complains and emails... I had to send my poor mother in India all the way from my hometown to Pune travelling just to tell them to change my number... by God's grace, they did it.. but now I do not get any OTPs on my US number.. and I use AT&T.. one of the leading networks.. and I am sure now they're gonna blame it on my network.. So when exactly this is going to happen my dear ICICI bank?? Like you said some official will get in touch with you and stuff like that? After I die out of frustration?
