As per my request my personal loan no.: lpbrh[protected] was cancelled on may-2016 and also pay all due & charges to cancelled my loan please find attachment for same, but till is not update so please remove this account from my name because till some amount shown pending and which affect my cibil score so i will not take any loan for this reason.

So please do needful and also attach document to cancelled my loan from bank for reference.
