Good morning, I have paid my hostel fee for Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham university Coimbatore, using eazypay on 14/11/2021 at 11.05 am. The amount of Rs.29, 260 has been detected from my State bank of India account. But it didn't get reflected in my college portal. When I asked the accounts department of my college they told me they didn't receive the payment yet. Please repair this issue. I hereby attach the snap of the transaction statement.
