[Resolved] ICICI Bank — payment issue with my icici bank account | |||
I made the payment on 25th may on sarathi driving license portal haryana, for which i informed my bank to check this issue as my amount is debited from my account but merchant didnt received it and this chain mail happened for 20-25 days. Having said that at the end bank stated that we have refunded this amount back to merchant wherein i already did the payment. Please check with them and now its been 2 months rto is saying that check with bank we didnt received any amount and bank has already closed my ticket. Now this incident happened again with me on 26th july for which i booked my ticket on irctc and payment was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. Irctc portal clearly mentioned that your last payment was failed and re booked my ticket, Again, bank is adamant about the fact that it will come back to your account and after forcing so much they have raised the sr[protected] but i am again not sure whether my amount will come back to me or not. My both incidents are still pending and i really dont know to whom to follow to as till date i have received unsatisfactory response from them as they really dont have any value for their customers money Hoping for a resolution as i cannot waste my money like this Was this information helpful? | |||

i received an update from your team that the amount has been credited to beneficiary amount. I have below questions:
1. Without customer permission who allow you to send my money to beneficiary account it should be refunded back to our account
2. Who will follow up with beneficiary, and why should i follow up with them since i used your account and imobile app to make UPI payment
3. Do you have any idea whether beneficiary is refunding that amount back to us which they sometime dont even reply to us and it happened with me first time and till date i m following up with RTO to receive the amount and no response receive till date
4. I am not sure how you guys must be treating uneducated or illiterate one who dont have any idea how to deal such situation?
5. If this will not resolve i will take this further in court whether its a matter of 500, 1000 or any amount
