ICICI Bank — Payment Made by mistake in Incorrect Account | |||
Wrongly my friends had done payment of Rs.12, 500 in incorrect a/c of Icici with Account No:[protected] on Jan 03, 2017 and Jan 05 2017 (Total 3 transactions) from Paytm Accounts. The amount was actually meant to transfer to my Account:[protected]. I have raised a complaint at ICICI branch, Motinagar on Jan 09, 2017. But till now i didn't receive any kind o[censored]pdate on this. I am waiting for this money, need to pay bills with that. Please help me get the amount asap. icici to contact incorrect acc holder person[protected] and validate the incorrect transaction that happened.
if icici is delaying to contact, take contact details frm icici and contact the[protected] acc holder and brief the scenario.
you will get back the amt by bank only when[protected] acc holder acknowledges the incorrect transaction to icici
this will take time but have to keep doing follow ups and make the process moving.
