ICICI Bank — Payment not received back | |||||
I am an account holder in icici bank had made a debit card transaction at medplus stores of rs. 2086 on 2nd may 2017 (Transaction id is vps/medplus-rit/[protected]/0). This transaction failed and the debit card swipe machine threw an error saying "cancelled, transaction failed". This amount never got reversed to my account and it has been 4 days since this transaction took place.. I want this transaction amount to be credited back to my account and refund of the same asap.
