ICICI Bank — Personal loan fraud by ICICI Bank

Hi all,

This is to bring your notice that right from day one since february 2016, post sanction of personal loan from icici bank, till date never received a loan sanction letter. The dsa never brought the agreement letter and including the officials of icici seem to have forged my signatures on the final agreement letter.

I received a letter from cibil, wherein my pan, dob, name are correct except the address & phone number, which are fake.

Further, i got to know from another dsa that it has been duplicated to sanction loan to another person, whom icici has favoured. I don't know to what extent icici has used my personal documents to whom they have favoured.

Further, i have been writing email to icici senior management regularly, but they keep writing the same story. They behave as if they don't know anything. Even rbi bangalore office has favoured them as well.

In my case, even though i started paying the outstanding principal as per the dates mentioned, icici has raised statement of accounts as per their wish and will claiming huge amounts of interest & principal, which is again big fraud.

Friends, don't ever take personal / housing loan from icici. Few of my colleagues have experienced it, post which i got to know the frauds done by them.

Literally icici is number one fraud bank.
