[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Personal Loan Rejection

I had applied for personal loan with ICICI Bank, i submitted my document but aftr that there was no response from anyone (even the concerned person who i submitted my documents to). All of a sudden i recieved a verification call and thats when the concerned person called me and said my loan has been pre sanctioned. After requesting her she gave me my application number #65996743. When i checked the loan status it showed REJECTED. I have no idea why it was rejected. The concerned person is not answering my calls. I'm able to get through customer service to know why it was rejected. This is not how you treat your customers. I need to know the reason for my rejection so i can work on it for my future needs. I did not expect this behaviour from such a reputed brand.
