[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Processing fees cheated in home loans

Hi,

I am sending a mail for complaints and grievance for home loans. Not sure about sending this mail to right person or not. If it is not right then please forward this mail to the concerned department as this is a very serious matter.

Myself rohit agnihotri (Mob: 954****580) and my ex-colleague deepak singh (Mob: 999****900) both have applied for home loan from icici bank and our home loans numbers are lbdel[protected] and lbdel[protected] respectively. Our home is in construction period for 3 years terms in sector 102, haryana

We both have taken loans from one of your icici home loan representative mr. Arjun tyagi (Mob: [protected]). I am sending this mail specially about complaints of arjun tyagi who works under mr. Gaurav amrit (Icici sales manager).

I personally told him that i need a loan for 12 lacs only and deepak personally told him that he need a loan for 13 lacs only and we will pay the processing accordingly and as per the affordable government housing scheme in haryana there is a 0.25% processing fees instead of 0.50% plus government taxes like 14.5% and mr arjun also committed for the same. But he approved our home loan for the amount of 15 lacs 30 thousand which he told us despite of our instructions and we both still awaiting for our welcome letter.

As per statement given by him about processing fees we given him two cheques for rupees 4000 individually.

Few days later he came back to us for final agreement before disbursement and he returned both of cheques of rupees 4000 individually and said that he will take 4000 per person in cash mode for processing fees as he told us that he will deposit the appropriate amount in icici bank for processing fees after loan disbursement. We were not aware of that paying processing fees in correct mode.

Along with other documents, bba and cash, he also have taken 5 blank cheques with our signatures due to your some mandatory process which we were not aware of that. We both have also duly signed auto debit form for pre interest emi deductions.

We both got our first disbursement in cheque mode in the amount of rs.2, 29, 149 individually as per demand letter given by our housing project in-charge person.
Our main important concern is related to processing fees and your complicated procedure which given us a hell of frustration and your representative arjun tyagi is not responding since last 15 days. So we contacted mr. Gaurav amrit who convinced us that he will settle a meeting with all o[censored]s along with arjun tyagi but meeting is still not yet conduct.

Now its very clear to you that we both have given 8000 rupees in cash to mr. Arjun tyagi after that my account is debited by 1752 rupees on 26 feb, 2016 from my cheque and deepak singh account is debited by 1852 rupees on 26 feb, 2016 from his cheque which we both have given to mr. Arjun tyagi.

Later we realised then we both have make stop payment on rest of cheques which we have given to mr. Arjun tyagi.

What the hell is the procedure to taking money in cash then debited by cheque and then again debited through auto debit mode.

Icici bank doesnot understand that people is on the best treasures of the success of a company. Once you make an entry, you will be astonished by an amazing fact that icici bank does not expect its employee to serve its customers. One should not wonder that icici bank gets the largest number of complaints against fraud, cheating money, etc.

Check the consumer forum website of the government of india about the number of complaints against this bank. Icici banks executives/employees false commitment and cheating/looting money in some illegal way which genuine customers can not understand shows a unprofessional attitude.

Now its very clear that gaurav and arjun both invloved in this cheating business, i asked gaurav to bring arjun infront o[censored]s in rohini branch office but response was negative and gaurav is pretending that he was waiting for us for meeting on monday. Mr. Arjun tyaagi is avoiding us and now we need to handle mr. Gaurav amrit personally in office on some other day.


Only 8000 rupees for two persons get looted from us and was told that this is a processing fees, i am hardly fighting for 4000 rupees myself and deepak singh is fighting for his 4000 rupees only. We have taken loans in the terms of lakhs not in thousand, are you guys incredibly forcing us to waive these 8000 looted money. I will fight till my last soul until i did not get my money back.
