What a funny scheme of payback partnered with icici bank. I redeemed my reward points through payback for a rs.500/- e-voucher and the joke is i am being penalized for redeeming reward points for using my debit card I have been charged fees of rs.113.85/- as redemption fees which is 22.77% of the amount of the rs.500/- e-voucher.
