ICICI Bank — RE:- Mobile Number Showing Not Activated For Online Account Transfer & Online Banking | |||
This is Malay having salary account[protected] in your bank but previous 1-2 week I am facing lots of problem about mobile number(my number-[protected]) updation for online banking. I already given 3 times pancard xerox with form to update my mobile number & I also updated my number in ATM & again also contacted customer care for updation, they assist me it will update with in 2hr but still I am not getting any result for this. so if this thing will continue then I will not sure that any more I will continue my salary in this bank. so I need immeadiate result for this. because for account transfer & fund transfer I need most of this.
