ICICI Bank — receipt not received

I have paid fees but received receipt and i received a message also of transaction id but i need receipt to get my admit card in college please send me receipt i paid of 710

I am customer of Thane Bharat Sahakari Bank Ms. Shobha Almare.

I withdraw amount of rs. 500 from ICICI bank atm and i received that but afterwards when i withdrawl 8000 and 4000 then amount got deducted but didnt received the amount.
