[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund amount from icici bank | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order to dominos for rs. 881/-. My 1st order was canceled & amount was debited. I have placed the order again the order was placed as well as the amount was debited. I have called many times to customer care of icici as well as dominos but my amount has not refund. Also, dominos told me they have not claimed amount for the 1st transaction. Now icici bank customer care telling me they did not receive any claim. Also, i was waiting to connect manager of customer care of icici bank but he did not come over the call for 2 times atlest for 12-13 min. It's not the good way. Kindly do the needful.
