[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund amount not paid to me since july 2019 | |||
This is to bring to your notice that i visited icici bank moosapet branch to deposit 4, 00, 000 to my savings bank account for the purpose of purchasing a land, cashier at cash counter asked me to deposit the cash through cdm and denied to accept the cash as a single transaction on 21/06/2018. Since there is technical issue at cdm its not accepting the same amount as single transaction and it took 9 transactions to deposit the cash in to my account. Without any prior intimation on 23/07/2018 amount 871.46/- and on 04/10/2018 amount 681.41/-deducted from my account as a transaction charges. It was deposited based on cashier suggestions and at my home branch i am not supposed to be charged for the above transaction. I raised a request on 5/10/2018 to refund the amount and bank executive accepted for that and she said that amount will be refunded to my account within 3 working days. Since october 2018 onward i am doing followup with bank but amount has been not credited to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
