[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Refund initiated by Big Bazaar but didn't receive it in the Bank account

I ordered some essentials from Big Bazaar on 19th July 2021. There was a refund that was initiated for ₹ 540.40 and it was claimed that I will receive it by 29th July 2021. My order ID is[protected]. Till date, I haven't received the refund. I contacted the customer support of Big Bazaar nd they claimed that the refund has already been given but it isn't been reflected in my bank account. They provided me with the needful information of the refund already been given. I will be attaching the screenshots and expect to get my refund ASAP.
