[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund not processed | |
I had recharged my jio number the amount had been deducted but the recharge was unsuccessful. The amount was ₹469. Its now more than 15 days i am trying but no response from the bank. I called up the customer care more than 20 times but yet they they are not responding. I visited the branch too but they too had asked me to call the cc. Please do the needful...
