[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund not processed from icici | |||
I prateek chaudhary, made a payment from my icici debit card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-5341 on 15 may to amazon, but payment was failed. I received a email regarding refund process on 16 may (Refund reference number is [protected]). Today i called icici bank customer care to put a complain, and same was accepted, but the amount was not credited till now. I am trying to contact icici customer care but it too painful. On11th May I had an order from Amazon.After the payment, I canceled the
