[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund not recd

As per bookmyforex, they have refunded rs 12912 on 29 dec 2017 to my credit card.
I am reproducing their response recd in their e-mail reply to me "the card amount for the order number 742285bmf26e12a9e9a2a6b amount rs 12911.98 is blocked by your card issuing bank and will be reversed back to your account as per your card issuing bank's procedures and also please be informed the amount has not been acquired by ccavenue since your merchant has not process the order. We suggest you to kindly get in touch with your card issuing bank for clearance of this blockage."
You are requested to check and confirm if you have recd this amount or has it been blocked by you or any other issue since this amount has not been found adjusted in the statements of my purchases till date. Early confirmation is solicited.
