ICICI Bank — Refund not received | |||
Ref: SR[protected] This is regarding a transaction that i made on 18/08/2016 to amazon for an amount of Rs 1599. The same was declined by amazon but the amount was debited from my account. I was told by ICICI that the amount will be reversed in 5 working days but i got an amount of RS 1045 reversed on 03/09/2016. Since the transaction has happened i have visited the branch 4 times. At first i was told that the money has reached the seller which was a wrong information given to me. Then after a long time you give me a credit of a wrong amount. I still havent got my full money back. Why cant you take this matter seriously and get it resolved? Why are you creating so much inconvenience to me due to this unacceptable delay? Guess because this is my money. Had been even a rupee delay from my end for a loan repayment you guys would have been behind my life but in this case nobody has even bothered to call me or give me a proper response. I urge you to resolve this query on an immediate basis and credit my account with the balance amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
