[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Refund of payment | |||
On 30th nov'15, i made a successful transaction of rs 2033 to federal bank, same amount was auto deducted on 07th dec'15 without my approval. Amount of 07th dec'15 was reversed back by icici and amount of 30th nov haven't been reversed. Sr[protected] was raised with icici bank but still no resolution. Even though after several reminders i haven't got any positive response. Federal bank has advised that the only amount received by them was on 30th nov'15 has been reversed under sr[protected] to icici bank. Icici bank haven't been able to resolve the case till date. Please look in to my agony, i have been toggled. Incident details : Service request raised by icici bank # sr[protected] Dated : 07th dec'15.
