ICICI Bank — Refund with respect to closure of the loan

Dear Sir, I took a personal loan(Loan No. LPGHZ[protected]) from ICICI bank. Bank provided me an insurance policy to cover this loan as well. Now this loan is closed but the policy cover provided is not closed yet and the refund amount with respect to closure of this policy is still pending. I visited the ICICI bank branch and did so many communication with customer care but nobody is answering my question. Please look into it. Regards: MISBAHUL MATIN ANSARI
