[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Regarding car loan

Myself sk. insan, contact no. [protected], purchased maruti suzuki swift vxi from boplur (west bengal) showroom in the name of my daughter ismatara khatun in the month of july, 2014 amounting rs. 6, 00, 000/-. i paid rs. 3, 50, 000/- to the showroom and the remaining amount of rs. 2, 50, 000/- financed by icici bank, durgapur. the emi gets deducted in the first week of every month. the related documents of loan, even loan account no. also has not provided to me. i even reached the said bank many times, but they are not responding in any manner. i am very much harassed.
Kindly look after the matter and expedite the same to get arranged the related documents to me.
