[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Regarding dcardfee

I am recently Join customer of the ICICI Bank.
It is no longer been 2 months and from my account the sum of Rs 172.50 deducted in the name Of DCARD FEE .

Why is it so happen?

Is this charge is for debit card.?

As I am A student I hardly get Money .
I Request you to plzz Help Me in Getting my Money back.
